Flyer.Cash provides a platform for creating hosted payment links. EYETAIL, LLC ("we") operates the infrastructure. You are solely responsible for the goods, services, and transactions you offer.
Flyer.Cash is not a payment processor. All card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under their own terms. All PayPal payments are processed by PayPal Holdings, Inc. We never hold, transfer, or have access to your funds.
You may not use Flyer.Cash to sell illegal goods or services, to conduct fraud, to violate Stripe's or PayPal's terms of service, or to circumvent any applicable law. Violations result in immediate account termination.
The service is currently free to use. Stripe and PayPal charge their standard processing fees directly. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid tiers with advance notice.
We provide the service "as is" without warranty. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
EYETAIL, LLC's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for payment disputes, chargebacks, or losses arising from third-party payment processors.
Payment disputes between you and your customers are your responsibility. Contact your payment processor directly. For service issues, contact info@flyer.cash.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
